Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing badge lifecycle, biometric access, and secure-space governance across EY's real estate portfolio.

You will work closely with Physical Security, Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure compliant, scalable access management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
Experience administering enterprise access control systems and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team operations.
Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvements.
Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
Provide coaching and mentoring for team members.
Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning activities with FAM.
