Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program and supervise access control administration for our global real estate portfolio.

You will coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, and Global Security to ensure secure, compliant access across offices, while guiding badge lifecycle, biometric controls, and secure-space governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations, access control administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec) and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning activities with FAM.
