Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing access control governance, badge lifecycle, biometric readers, and secure-space administration across EY's real estate portfolio.

You will partner with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security to ensure compliant, scalable access management and support for modernization and office construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric controls, and secure-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 1Badge Physical Security team daily operations.
• Oversee governance of the C-Cure access control system and badge provisioning.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders on access requirements.
• Manage secure spaces, biometric readers, and restricted areas; ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee badge lifecycle, escalations, and access change procedures.
• Support security projects, office renovations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Maintain audit readiness and support investigations related to access events.
