Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program and oversee access control governance across its real estate portfolio.

You will manage badge lifecycles, biometric access, and secure-space administration while partnering with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security to ensure compliant, scalable access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control, or related fields.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or equivalents.
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric controls, and secure-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team and establish service standards.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system and perform access reviews.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management for provisioning, deprovisioning, and biometric management.
• Manage secure spaces, restricted environments, and badge program lifecycle.
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance of physical security technologies such as readers and CCTV.
