Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program and supervise the team handling access control administration, biometrics, and secure-space governance.

You will collaborate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure compliant, scalable access across EY’s real estate portfolio. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and security modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security-related field.
• 5–8+ years in physical security ops, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometrics, and restricted-space administration.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
• Oversee governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning/deprovisioning with FAM and other teams.
• Support badge reader deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain personnel access records and inventories.
• Collaborate on security requirements for office renovations and new builds.
• Oversee secure spaces, biometric-controlled areas, and restricted bays.
• Direct all aspects of the EY 1Badge lifecycle (issuance to deactivation).
• Coordinate deployment/maintenance of physical security technologies (readers, biometrics, CCTV).
• Support audit and compliance activities; engage with audit investigations as needed.
• Serve as liaison to office leadership, Global Security, and Facilities teams.
