Job summary

EY seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across EY’s real estate portfolio. You will manage access control administration, badge lifecycle, biometric controls, and ensure compliance while partnering with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security.

This role provides operational leadership for governance of the C-Cure platform, biometric reader management, and secure-space administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong badge management and biometric access knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with FAM, WEM, Global Security and other stakeholders.
• Oversee access control governance, badge lifecycles, and biometric readers.
• Support security modernization initiatives and office construction projects.
