Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across its US real estate portfolio. You will supervise the team handling access control administration, badge lifecycle, biometric controls, and security compliance, coordinating with FAM, WEM, Enterprise Technology, and Global Security.

You will drive governance, maintain authorized personnel records, and oversee technology deployments for secure spaces, audits, and security

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control administration, workplace security, facilities security, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning activities with Facilities Asset Management.
• Oversee biometric access management and secure-space authorization processes.
• Direct all aspects of the EY 1Badge lifecycle including issuance, replacement, activation, suspension, and deactivation.
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance of physical security technologies including access control systems and CCTV.
• Ensure compliance with Global Security standards and physical security policies.
