Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing access control governance, badge life cycle, biometric readers, and secure-space administration across EY offices. You will liaise with Facilities, Global Security, Enterprise Technology and office leadership to ensure compliant, scalable access management.

The role provides operational leadership for C-Cure governance, badge deployments, and ongoing security modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control administration, workplace security, facilities security, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning activities with FAM.
• Oversee biometric access management and secure-space authorization processes.
• Maintain authorized personnel records and access inventories.
• Collaborate on office renovations, relocations and new construction security requirements.
• Oversee administration and governance of secure spaces and restricted areas.
• Ensure authorized personnel lists are maintained for secure environments.
• Coordinate access approvals for secure bays and FIS environments.
• Ensure compliance with anti-tailgating, CCTV monitoring, and enhanced access control requirements.
• Manage access review and removal processes for secure environments.
• Direct all aspects of the EY 1Badge lifecycle (issuance, replacement, activation, suspension, deactivation).
• Ensure timely processing of access requests for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Manage badge-related escalations and exception requests.
• Establish procedures for access changes and removals.
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance of physical security technologies (cards, biometrics, CCTV).
• Partner with vendors and project stakeholders for system upgrades and modernization.
• Provide oversight for security refresh and EOL replacement projects.
• Support investigations related to access control and physical security incidents.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records.
• Engage stakeholders on access control requirements for office projects and resilience planning.
