Job summary

EY seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security team and oversee access control governance across EY's real estate portfolio. You will supervise badge lifecycle management, biometric access controls, and secure-space governance while collaborating with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of badge management and biometric access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system and badge lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders on access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Oversee secure spaces, restricted environments, and biometric-controlled areas.
• Direct all aspects of the EY 1Badge lifecycle and badge-related processes.
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance of security technologies and CCTV-integrated environments.
• Support office construction, renovations, and technology refresh projects.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and audit readiness.
