Job summary

Reuters is hiring a #3 Bindery Operator in Eagan, Minnesota. You will set up, monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document activity on Tier Boards and SAP. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days in the role. 3rd shift is from 10:30pm to 6:30am with occasional overtime and weekends.

Required strong mechanical/technical skills, HS diploma, and experience with bindery equipment. You will work with Lean concepts and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with ability to troubleshoot.
• Experience with bindery equipment and up to 50 lb lifts.

Responsibilities

• Review job specs and set-up material requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment quality.
• Troubleshoot product/equipment issues; document activities.
• Operate and support bindery lines and related systems.
• Maintain safety practices and participate in continuous improvement.
