Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Lead Bindery Operator for the 2nd shift to oversee the production line and crew on the Core Print Solutions team. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days in role.

Hours are 2:30 pm–10:30 pm with potential overtime and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include leading and developing the crew, facilitating Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walks, and training temps or transfers to support workload.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing and training a crew.
• Strong communication across shifts and departments.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Experience training temps or transfers in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and training to the crew to optimize performance.
• Facilitate Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walks to drive process improvements.
• Train crew members, including temps or transfers.
• Motivate the team and foster a collaborative environment.
