Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a #1/Lead Bindery Operator for the 2nd shift to lead a production line and crew on our Core Print Solutions team. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days in role, with overtime potential and a 2:30 pm–10:30 pm schedule.

Responsibilities include guiding the crew, conducting Tier 1 meetings, and training temps or transfers while maintaining safety and quality across equipment lines.

Qualifications

• Leadership and training experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with production machinery and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience applying Lean/continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and training to the crew to optimize performance.
• Ensure the line runs smoothly and produces quality output; lead meetings and discussions.
• Train temps or transfers and motivate the team to perform.
