Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Rialto, CA. The role coordinates production personnel, ensures targets and quality standards are met, and supports P&L objectives.

The position runs 12:00PM–8:30PM, Monday–Friday, at a pay rate of $23.00/hr with a 20% shift differential. Responsibilities include supervising workers, task scheduling, KPI tracking, shift handoffs, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, effective verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers that operate production machinery and assembles items.
• Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting to exceed customer expectations.
• Deliver information during shift transitions to prep the next shift.
• Provide first level of support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met.
