Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to coordinate production activities, meet targets, maintain quality, and drive P&L results. The role oversees shifts, schedules tasks, and ensures efficient operations in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of leadership in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making with focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods.
• Schedule and assign tasks; troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Meet or surpass daily KPIs with reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
• Lead workforce planning and manpower forecasting to align staffing with goals.
• Provide training, motivation, and support on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe workplace.
