Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in New Jersey. You will coordinate and assign production tasks, supervise workers, and drive KPI results while ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will monitor performance, report on daily results, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution preferred
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with continuous improvement focus
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with effective communication
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packing
• Schedules and assigns tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements efficiency improvements
• Meets or exceeds daily KPIs with accurate reporting
• Communicates during shift transitions for smooth handoffs
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues during shift
• Monitors performance metrics to maintain quality and productivity
• Coordinates with management and customers to satisfy SLAs
• Assists in labor planning, scheduling, and P&L forecasting
• Prepares daily performance feedback and reporting as required
• Ensures inventory flow and staffing levels meet demand
• Delivers training and guidance on procedures and processes
• Maintains health and safety compliance in the warehouse
• Performs other duties as assigned
