Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment.
• Capable problem-solving skills demonstrating a strategic approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production machinery and assembly tasks.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers and improve efficiency.
• Ensure department meets or exceeds daily KPIs.
• Provide support for escalated issues during shift.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring performance.
