CTDI is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Mon-Fri) to coordinate production activities and drive targets. You will supervise workers, ensure quality, and report on KPIs while forecasting staffing and managing workloads.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and customer-focused outcomes. Required: 4-5+ years in leadership within production, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; associate degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packing.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Plan workforce and forecast staffing to meet production goals.
• Lead shift transition briefings and support escalated issues.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring metrics and SLAs.
• Communicate with management and customers to resolve issues.
• Support employee relations and create a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Provide daily performance feedback and reporting.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure inventory availability for demand.
• Provide training and support on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
