Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and assign the activities of production workers, ensuring that targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and P&L results are driven. The role supervises production operations within an assigned area or shift.

1st shift: 5:00AM - 3:30PM, Sunday - Thursday. CTDI offers weekly pay, a monthly incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, EAP, and flexible spending

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities; effective verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembles items, performs quality control, or packages goods for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily KPIs, with reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
• Deliver clear information during shift transition meetings to prepare the next shift for success.
• Provide first level of support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved.
• Engage in employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning; prepare daily performance feedback.
• Coordinate flow of work and ensure adequate inventory levels and staffing.
• Provide training and support on procedures and processes.
