Job summary

CTDI is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor in Rialto, CA to coordinate production workers, ensure targets, quality standards, and SLA performance. The role manages shift activities, drives KPIs, and reports daily results while maintaining a safe work environment.

You'll supervise operations, collaborate with management and customers, and mentor staff. This position offers weekly pay, a monthly incentive, and comprehensive benefits in a family-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience; materials/distribution preferred.
• Capable problem-solving with strategic, results-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
• Customer-facing professionalism.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery and packaging.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and provide accurate daily reporting.
• Lead shift transitions with clear, concise communication.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues.
• Monitor quality and safety, ensure SLA compliance.
• Support P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Coordinate material flow and inventory to meet demand.
