Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Swedesboro, NJ. You will coordinate production workers, assign tasks, monitor quality, and drive P&L results. Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, reporting performance, and ensuring a safe, efficient shift environment.

Qualifications include 1+ year leadership in a distribution setting, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and an Associate degree preferred. CTDI offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Capable problem-solving and analytical skills with focus on results and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain KPI reporting and ensure SLAs are met; communicate during shift transitions.
