CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead a team in a warehouse/distribution environment in Lewisville, TX. The role drives daily KPIs, ensures quality, and supports P&L forecasting while coordinating tasks and inventory flow.

Responsibilities include supervising workers, scheduling tasks, communicating across shifts, and maintaining safety and compliance. CTDI offers weekly pay, incentives, and comprehensive benefits in a family-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on results.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with clear communication.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally and use MS Office.
• Experience with scheduling and shift coordination is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervises production workers and assigns tasks to meet targets.
• Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and drives efficiency.
• Monitors KPIs and provides daily performance reporting.
• Communicates shift transitions and prepares the following shift.
• Supports escalated issues and maintains production quality.
• Coordinates inventory flow and staffing to meet demand.
• Trains and supports employees on procedures and safety.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
