CTDI is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to coordinate production activities, drive KPIs, and ensure quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes effective shift handoffs, timecard accuracy, and collaboration with HR for labor issues.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a materials or distribution setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; associate degree preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership experience in production or distribution preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging.
• Assigns daily tasks and supports production challenges.
• Monitors KPIs and reports to meet customer expectations and SLAs.
• Facilitates shift handoffs with clear, concise information.
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Maintains production quality by tracking performance metrics.
• Communicates with management and customers to resolve issues.
• Supports HR with attendance and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensures accurate timecards and labor compliance.
• Prepares daily performance feedback and reports.
• Ensures supplies and materials meet demand for workflow.
• Trains and motivates staff on procedures and processes.
• Ensures health and safety compliance in the warehouse.
• Performs other duties as needed.
