Job summary

Thomson Reuters is hiring a #3 Bindery Operator in Eagan, Minnesota. You will perform setup, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot to ensure quality on our Core Publishing Solutions team. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days in role.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with 2nd shift hours and occasional overtime. Base compensation is provided with shift differentials and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Good mechanical/technical skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Able to read safety rules and production orders.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and setup requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment and product quality.
• Troubleshoot product/equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and relevant systems (MII, SAP).
• Communicate effectively during shift hand-off and participate in safety programs.
