Thomson Reuters is seeking a #3 Bindery Operator in our Eagan, MN facility to perform set-up tasks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot production issues on the Core Publishing Solutions team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred
• Good mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and production orders

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment
• Troubleshoot product and equipment issues
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII systems
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe work culture
• Provide back-up for other operators and support process improvements
