Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN, is seeking a #3 Press Operator to join our printing plant team on the 3rd shift. You will operate state-of-the-art offset and digital presses, perform setup, monitor quality, and assist with job documentation. The role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days in role and requires reading DSRs and job specs.

You will also help with equipment monitoring, safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience in an industrial setting with production machinery is desirable.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills and the ability to read production orders.
• Understand electrical safety and safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Able to lift at least 5 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Regularly stand, walk, bend, and kneel during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the press crew with setup, operation, and production activities.
• Read the DSR and job specifications and stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Quality check products, complete transactions, and tag/bundle as required.
• Fill in for Lead and Mid-Level Operators as needed, covering absences.
• Monitor equipment and maintain a clean work area, documenting in Tier Boards and SAP/MII.
