Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a 2nd shift Bindery Operator in Eagan, Minnesota. You will set up equipment, monitor quality, and troubleshoot as part of the Core Publishing Solutions team.

Responsibilities include using SAP/MII systems, performing cycle counts, and contributing to continuous improvement. The role requires mechanical aptitude, lean knowledge, and teamwork to meet safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment during production.
• Troubleshoot product/equipment issues and communicate shift hand-off.
• Document activities and material usage in Tier Boards and SAP/MII.
• Support safety programs and contribute to continuous improvement.
