Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and technical skills with ability to troubleshoot independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Experience on bindery equipment including 40-station collators and related lines.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and production orders.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for materials and setup requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment quality.
• Troubleshoot product or equipment issues as needed.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII systems.
• Support safety programs and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and backfill for others.
