Job summary

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to join our IT team in Idaho Falls. You will provide end-user support for technology across the enterprise, handling incoming work orders and maintaining hardware in a 24/7 help desk environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and ITIL-based support methods, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in related field preferred.
• Industry certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) within 1 year.
• 1–2 years in related field and Health Care Experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office Suites.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support in a 24/7 help desk environment.
• Respond to work orders and maintain hardware.
• Assist with setup and configuration of hardware and software.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve incidents and problems.
