Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an IT Field Resource to provide essential support across various locations in Idaho. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include on-site assistance, computer setup, and software installation while adhering to privacy and compliance standards. Candidates must have an Associate degree or equivalent experience, along with CompTIA A+ certification.

This position requires residency within a 30-mile radius of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and offers comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience supporting end users in an enterprise IT environment.
• CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) or ability to obtain certification in the first 90 days.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to multiple geographic locations.
• Set up and maintain computers and peripheral devices.
• Install and configure appropriate software as needed.
• Document processes for repairs and fixes for future reference.
