Qualifications

• Provide periodic and preventative maintenance for desktop devices and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodic and preventative maintenance services based on OEM recommendations.
• Deliver remedial services to maintain operational desktop systems.
• Refresh and replace computers at end of life as needed.
• Swap defective units to maintain continuity of operations.
• Assist with device imaging procedures and software installations.
• Interface with end users to resolve productivity software issues.
• Support networked printers as needed by departments.
• Assist with directory clean-ups and routine IT tasks.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as required.
