Job summary
A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a technician for the installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems. The ideal candidate will have an NITEC qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience and a Class 3 driving license. Responsibilities include preparing cable pathways, troubleshooting cabling issues, and assisting co-workers. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and manage operational schedules.
Qualifications
- NITEC qualification or relevant work experience.
- Holding a Class 3 driving license.
Responsibilities
- Perform termination and testing of new cabling.
- Prepare and install cable pathways and supports.
- Troubleshoot cabling system issues.
Education
- Performs termination and testing of new cabling
- Prepare / Install cable pathways & supports
- Assist in the preparation of tools & materials used for daily work assignments
- Troubleshoot cabling system issues & perform repairs & maintenance
- Assist co-workers with installation & routine maintenance of structured cabling systems
- Work closely with client to manage schedule operations of assigned duties.
- NITEC (Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology/ Electronic / IT ) or work- related experience
- Class 3 driving license
