A well-established technology firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to handle device activation, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide customer support. Candidates should have a secondary school qualification and 1-3 years of experience in the Telco industry. The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to data privacy standards. ☑ Salary: UP to $3500 + Variable Bonus + Medical & Flexi Benefit
☑ 5 Days Work (Monday to Friday / 8.30AM – 6.00PM)
☑ Location: Bedok (Walking Distance from MRT)

Perform handset activation, provisioning, and configuration to ensure devices are fully operational and compliant.
Coordinate with IT Support to troubleshoot and elevate technical issues while maintaining accurate documentation.
Assist customers with device setup, inquiries, and basic troubleshooting; provide professional support to resolve issues.
Ensure timely service delivery, uphold data privacy and safety standards, and prepare progress reports for supervisors.
Provide after-hours remote support when required, responding promptly to urgent service requests or escalations.
Support daily operational and administrative tasks, working closely with customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Secondary School Qualification or Above
1 – 3 Years of working experience in Telco Industry preferred
Candidate must be comfortable with back end support and customer facing duties
