Qualifications

• Strong skills in supporting end users during UAT and SIT.

• Defining Business goal, Deadline, Schedules, Budgets, Resources and Team member
• Collaborating internal and external stakeholder to gather project requirements
• Coordinating with various teams like Onsite-IT, Offshore-IT, Business user, Testing team and development team, Release & Training Team.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Requirement gathering, Gap analysis, Product walk through, Parameterization, BRD, Functional specification
• Providing solutions approach and workarounds
• Supporting End user in UAT and SIT
• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
