Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation and configuration of PCs and related devices.
  • Provide first-level on-site IT support on a 24x7 rotational shift.
  • Investigate and resolve issues, providing updates to the Project Manager.
  • Perform daily health checks and inventory assessments.
  • Utilize hands-on experience in troubleshooting PCs and peripherals.
