Marketing & E-Commerce Executive
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a strong interest in digital marketing, events, and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations across all online platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, and WhatsApp
- Own the strategy, build‑out, and ongoing management of the Shopify store, including backend administration, product architecture, collections, apps, integrations, and site maintenance
- Drive optimisation of Shopify storefront, content, and user experience to improve conversion rates, customer journey, and sales performance
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media (Facebook, Instagram), SEM, SEO, and on‑site optimisation to drive traffic and revenue growth
- Manage product listings, pricing accuracy, promotions, and campaign execution across all marketplaces
- Oversee order fulfilment processes, customer enquiries, returns, and refunds to ensure service excellence and SLA compliance
- Analyse e‑commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, sales, ROAS) and provide regular insights and reports to management
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and external platform account managers to ensure smooth operations
- Identify automation, system improvements, and process enhancements to scale operations efficiently
- Lead, guide, and support junior e‑commerce or marketing team members where applicable
