About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to promote our security training courses and related educational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new students, and strengthen partnerships with organizations in the security industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and executemarketing campaigns(online and offline) to promote security training programs.
  • Manage and grow the organization'sdigital presence,including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Createcontent and marketing materialssuch as brochures, course flyers, and promotional videos.
  • Plan and coordinateevents, roadshows, and seminarsto engage potential trainees and corporate clients.
  • Liaise withsecurity agencies, training institutes, and regulatory bodies(e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ) for collaborations and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyzemarketing performance metrics,providing reports and insights for improvement.
  • Conductmarket researchto identify trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Supportsales and business developmentteams in lead generation and conversion efforts.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree inMarketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least2 years of experiencein marketing (preferably in education, training, or security industry).
  • Strong understanding ofdigital marketing tools(Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, email marketing platforms).
  • Good command ofEnglish(spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellentcommunication, creativity, and organizationalskills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in working withSkillsFuture or WSQ-accredited coursesis an advantage.
