Job Responsibilities

1. Monitoring team members’ daily operational tasks to ensure work procedures are being conducted in compliance manner.
2. Job file closing and monitoring.
3. Providing support and guidance to the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team members’ performance and skills.
4. Maintain regular communication with customers, carriers and other stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status and address any inquiries or concerns.
5. Monitoring and ensure complete set of documents are uploaded in ABS for file closure as well as billing accuracy.
6. Checking and updating of customer’s weekly billing summary.
7. Checking of daily portnet status for individual vessels.
8. Support team members should there be any absence
9. Resolving operational matters.
10. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous
• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
