Job summary
A Singapore-based recruitment firm is looking for a finance and administrative support professional. This role involves assisting the finance and project teams with various administrative tasks, preparing customer quotations, and maintaining proper documentation of processes. Candidates should have a good understanding of accounts preparation and double entry. - Support finance and project teams with general administrative duties.
- Prepare customer quotations and sales orders.
- Maintain documentation of finance and project controls.
Skills
Basic Salary: $2300 - $2500
5 Working day: Mon - Fri
Office hour: 830am to 6pm (low OT)
Location: Penjuru Lane (Transport Provided from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan and Serangoon)
- Support finance, project and operations Team in general admin duties.
- Able to prepare a full set of accounts and a good understanding of double entry.
- Familiar with preparation of customer quotations and sales orders to support finance, project and operations activities.
- Tracking of customers quotations, sales orders and project delivery schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation of finance, project and operations control.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by superior.
