Responsibilities:
Generate new sales opportunities through various prospecting channels.
Assist clients with professional event planning, menu selection, and packaging tailored to their needs.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and catering schedules ahead of deadlines.
Ensure all documentation for catering and conference events is accurately maintained.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing feedback and concerns efficiently.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
Entry-level candidates with a passion for food are welcome to apply.
Strong enthusiasm for F&B, customer service, and sales.
Knowledgeable about F&B trends and industry best practices.
