Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively visit various service industries, understand their needs, and promote our TikTok advertising services.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with businesses, providing them with professional advertising solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs set by management.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B / B2C depending on company focus); entry‑level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Working Conditions
  • Standard working hours (Mon–Fri), but flexibility may be required for client appointments/events.
  • Commission and performance incentives on top of base salary.
