Job Responsibilities
  • Hunt and secure new business opportunities in the Singapore market
  • Convert leads into sales revenue through strong prospecting and follow‑ups
  • Develop sales strategies and business proposals to grow market share
  • Prepare market analysis and business plans to support growth initiatives
  • Achieve revenue targets and clearly defined sales KPIs
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute growth plans
  • Attend networking and industry events to generate new leads
  • Track sales activities and performance, and provide clear reports and proposals to management
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates for all leads, enquiries, and quotations
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with the team
Job Requirements
  • Minimum ITE / Diploma in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
  • Hunter mindset – highly motivated, self‑driven, and results‑oriented
  • Strong interest in new business development and sales
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast‑moving environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatory
