Job summary
A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a finance manager to oversee accounting functions including full set accounts and invoice management. The candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain organized financial records. Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire spectrum of accounting functions.
- Maintain detailed records of outstanding invoices.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Ensure all financial documents are organized and accurate.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial transactions.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
Full Set Accounts: Oversee the entire spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all financial activities.
Invoice Management: Maintain detailed records of outstanding invoices and proactively follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure prompt payments.
Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated with company policies as well as local, state, and federal financial regulations to ensure full compliance at all times.
Financial Recordkeeping: Ensure all financial documents—such as receipts, invoices, and reports—are accurate, organized, and properly maintained.
Audit & Issue Resolution: Conduct regular reviews of financial transactions and accounts, quickly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team by offering guidance, support, and mentorship to promote their development and overall performance.
