About Us:

Innovative Hub (SG) Pte Ltd is a fast-growing e-commerce enabler and digital solutions provider based in Singapore. As the Global Service Partner of Alibaba.com, Top TikTok Partner and MCN, and Exclusive Partner of Xiaohongshu Shop and Marketing Agency (via Rednote), we help brands enter and scale across Southeast Asia—especially Vietnam and Malaysia.

Our services span across cross-border e-commerce, digital marketing, TikTok live-streaming enablement, and business matching consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Livestream Planning & Execution (Core Responsibility)

  • Work closely with clients to plan TikTok Shop livestream calendars, topics, and promotion mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with internal operation teams and creators to execute livestreams that align with brand and sales objectives.
  • Supervise livestream setup, scripts, product flow, and real-time adjustments during sessions.
  • Monitor live metrics (traffic, conversion, GMV, viewer retention) and respond to issues quickly to maximize performance.

2. Creator & Affiliate Collaboration

  • Recruit and manage livestream hosts, affiliate creators, and key opinion sellers.
  • Provide creative briefs and performance feedback to creators.
  • Ensure creator content aligns with campaign goals, compliance, and product positioning.

3. Ads & Traffic Boosting

  • Plan and invest in TikTok Ads (e.g. Spark Ads, Live Boost) to increase livestream exposure.
  • Optimize ad budget allocation across live and non-live periods to maximize ROI.

4. Client Communication & Strategy

  • Advise clients on TikTok Shop sales strategies, promotion tools (vouchers, bundles, campaigns).
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights based on livestream data and sales performance.
  • Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and share improvement ideas with clients and internal teams.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal business units (creator team, design, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with TikTok platform managers for campaign participation and account growth support.
Core Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop operations, livestream management, or e-commerce campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of running or managing TikTok livestreams with measurable sales results.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanisms, including product setup, coupons, affiliate management, and ad formats.
  • Experience in creator management and KOL/KOC collaborations is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales and ad data to make actionable recommendations.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making ability during livestreams.
  • Passionate about social commerce and trend-driven content.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (to liaise with creators and Chinese-speaking clients).
