Sales Coordinator jobs in United States

Handle air and sea freight sales support by managing quotation enquiries, preparing and following up on sales quotations, coordinating with customers and internal teams, processing billing documents, and maintaining sales reports. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets while providing timely and professional customer service.

• Manage day to day (Air freight & Sea freight) sales quotation enquiries via phone, email

• Preparation of quotations and conducting close follow-up relevant to Sales matter

• Manage weekly, monthly data and reports

• Process debit / credit notes for smooth payment

• Provide supportive communication with customers and coordinate with worldwide colleagues

• Reaching to meet monthly target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) revenue goals

• Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities

• Excellent oral communication and best approach customer service qualities when interacting with consumers

• Written and oral communication in English

• Candidate maintaining a growth mindset and optimistic attitude

• Organized, meticulous and sense of urgency

• Effective communication and Interpersonal skills

• Exposure to customer service/or sales support role is a plus

• Ability to cope independently and in a team player environment
