Job summary

A fast-growing automotive engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operation Coordinator to enhance their supply chain operations. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and customers, processing purchase orders, and conducting cost analysis. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in logistics and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for managing shipment activities efficiently. This role may require overseas travel.

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in logistics/supply chain studies or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes including invoices and packing lists would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal team and multiple parties to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Handle daily shipment activities, including processing purchase orders and verifying delivery documents.
  • Support supplier and customer management, monitoring order backlogs and forecasts.
  • Conduct cost analysis and track logistics expenses to optimize efficiency.
