Job Summary: The Product Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy of an organization. This position plays a pivotal role in defining, planning, and overseeing the development of products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and align with the company's strategic goals. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets defined requirements and quality standards. Address and prioritize issues and defects.
• Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing, sales, and support efforts. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback after launch.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements. Continuously monitor KPIs and adapt the product strategy as necessary.
