A leading research institute in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to support senior management in strategic planning and resource management. The role involves overseeing a team in HR, Finance, and Talent Development while managing budgets and stakeholder engagements. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience in HR management, showcasing strong leadership and analytical skills.
Reporting to Director, Corporate Services, we are looking for a candidate to support senior management in strategic planning, resource management and overseeing the day-to-day running of the division.
You will be leading a team of corporate colleagues in the involvement of Human Resource and Finance functions, Talent development and Career Planning, Procurement support and managing regular reporting to HQ as well as leading all projects/events initiated by the Institute.
This involves working closely with the core management team in managing the Institute overall budget and resources, liaising with the stakeholders in staff recruitment & onboarding, research manpower cost tracking and projections, talent retention, staff discipline and appraisal management. Ensures timely and accurate reporting and meeting all the requests from Head Office as well as taking the lead in planning and executing all key events.
