- Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
- Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
- To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
- Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
- Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
- Assist in any other duties assigned
- Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff
- Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure al physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility
- Able to consider Degree holders with no experience as training will be provided
- Keen to commit for 3 Months contract to 1 year contract
- Completion bonus provided at the end of 1 year
- Office hours
