JOB SUMMARY
The Asia Pacific region represents one of the most dynamic growth opportunities for Pernod Ricard’s Prestige and Ultra Prestige portfolio. To accelerate this opportunity, the Prestige Development & Lighthouse Activation Manager will serve as a key catalyst to translate global Prestige strategies into an impactful, locally relevant roadmap and executions that elevate desirability, drive qualitative growth, and strengthen our leadership in the region’s luxury spirits ecosystem.
This position works in close partnership with Global Teams, especially the Prestige Center of Excellence, and collaborates with APAC markets and market Le Cercle teams to deliver flawless activations and measurable business impact across key Prestige innovation, activations, and experiences.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prestige Development & Market Acceleration
- Support the Prestige roadmap for Asia Pacific by identifying high-potential markets, channels, and city ecosystems for acceleration.
- Collaborate with Global Teams and Market Companies to localize global Prestige strategies, ensuring market relevance and commercial viability.
- Conduct Prestige ecosystem diagnostics and market audits (channels, visibility, consumer experience) to surface growth and desirability levers.
- Co-build and deploy Prestige capability action plans with priority markets.
Lighthouse Projects Activation & Event Delivery
- Own the end-to-end delivery of flagship Prestige Lighthouse activations across Asia Pacific
- Lead the coordination of Lighthouse experiences that showcase Asia Pacific’s role as a Prestige hub (e.g., high-profile launches, private client dinners, regional showcases).
- Work closely with domestic marketing teams, partner agencies, and global stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution quality aligned with brand codes and luxury standards.
- Serve as the regional focal point for Prestige activation toolkits, ensuring consistent roll-out, measurement, and reporting of impact.
- Support and occasionally lead Asia Pacific event logistics, vendor management, and agency briefing to ensure cost-efficient and brand-elevating implementation.
Le Cercle Program Support & Capability Building
- Partner with domestic marketing teams to strengthen the consistency, visibility, and quality of Le Cercle, Pernod Ricard’s direct-to-VIP and private client engagement program.
- Ensure the alignment of Le Cercle experiences and rituals with Prestige brand codes, clienteling principles, and overall luxury positioning.
- Support capability building across markets by sharing best practices, training materials, and client experience guidelines to elevate the program’s standards across Asia Pacific
- Consolidate learnings and success stories from local implementations to contribute to Le Cercle’s continuous improvement, best practices for reapplication globally, as well as cross-market knowledge sharing
Performance Tracking & Learning
- Track and report Prestige KPIs across the region in partnership with Market and Global teams.
- Aggregate best practices and learnings from Lighthouse markets to inform future activations / export for reapplication to other management entities.
- Contribute to ongoing development of Prestige playbooks, activation guidelines, and client experience standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Culture Building
- Inspire local markets to adopt a Prestige mindset, focusing on luxury codes, client experience, and attention to detail.
- Act as the bridge between Global Prestige Team and Asia Pacific Market Companies to ensure alignment, flow of best practices, and operational clarity.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; postgraduate in marketing, communications, or business a plus
- Experience: At least 8 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years must be in luxury marketing, brand activation, or event management; preferably within wines and spirits or adjacent luxury sectors (watches, hospitality, fashion)
- Proven track record in executing high-end activations and client experiences across multiple markets
- Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and vendor coordination skills
- Deep appreciation of luxury codes, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving under pressure
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) a plus
