Covaris pioneered the Adaptive Focused Acoustics (AFA) technology platform, revolutionizing pre‑analytical sample preparation in Omics. The role seeks a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Distribution Manager to oversee distributor management in the Asia Pacific region, driving business expansion and fostering strategic partnerships.

• Distributor Management: Develop and execute comprehensive distributor management strategies for countries in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners; provide ongoing support, training, and resources.
• Monitor distributor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Market Development and Expansion: Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive threats, and regulatory challenges within APAC; collaborate with marketing and product teams for tailored campaigns.
• Represent Covaris at industry events to enhance brand visibility and cultivate partnerships.
• Strategic Planning and Reporting: Contribute to annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgetary targets; prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in biotechnology or life sciences industry (genomics or proteomics).
• Proven record in distributor management and direct sales with focus on APAC and India regions.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, thrives in fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales enablement tools.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
